Important Dates:

Last date for registration & Payment of fee.	5st December 2012, Wednesday
Last date of Submission of Papers. By Mail : bplan2013.synthesis@gmail.com	8th December 2012, Saturday
Declaration of Shortlisted teams :	15th December 2012, Saturday
Presentation By Shortlisted Teams: (At the university campus) GGISPU-Sector 16C Dwarka. Delhi-110075, India.	19th January 2013, Saturday

Guidelines for the Paper:

·     The paper should begin with a title page including title, author(s) names, institutional address Along with Email.

·     The manuscript should begin from next page with title, an extended abstract,and a list of key words.

·     The authors name and affiliation should not reflect anywhere on the manuscript for the blind review process.

·     The total length of the paper must not exceed 3000 Words excluding bibliography and appendices, single-line spacing, 12 font, Times New Roman, and 1” margin on all sides of the page in MS Word compatible format text.

·     The papers must only be submitted through E-mail at bplan2013.synthesis@gmail.com

·     The author needs to send along with the plan his/her brief bio-data and the certificate of originality and consent for publication in proceeding without which it will not be accepted.

·     All the Business Plans will be blind reviewed by an expert committee with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance.

·     Selected Business plans will be published in the form of a book by a reputed publisher having ISBN Number, Provided at least one of the authors will register and present the paper. All rights of publication of Business plans presented shall rest with the Competition Organizers.

Rules:

•      Team size: Upto Three members per team.
•      Time allotted per presentation: 15 minutes.
•      Teams need to present a PowerPoint presentation to the panel of judges.
•      The presentation will be followed by a Question & Answer round.

Awards and Prizes:

     Cash Prizes:

·         1^st prize: Rs. 10,000

·         2^nd prize: Rs. 5,000

·         3^rd prize: Rs. 3,000

1.)         All the participating Teams will be provided with participating certificates.

2.)         Selected Business Plans will be published in the form of a book by a reputed publisher having a ISBN Number.
